The INA Career Center is the only job board that connects nonprofit professionals to job openings statewide. From entry-level to executive leadership positions across all disciplines, Iowa’s nonprofits offer many opportunities matching your experience level, skills, and values.

Who Can Post to the INA Career Center?

While any nonprofit organization can post to INA’s Career Center, INA members can post for free. 

90 day posting:

INA members: Free 

Non-members: $300

Job postings are for single, open, paid positions. Openings advertising a period of general hiring or multiple jobs will be deleted, and if a fee was paid, it will not be returned.

How INA Members Post a Job Opening

• Click here (must be logged into your profile)

• OR log in using your profile

• then click on "Career Center” in the top menu 

• At the top of the Career Center page, click on "SUBMIT AN OPENING”

• Follow the directions to post your opening

How Non-Members Post a Job Opening

• Click here to purchase your 90-day job posting

• Click “Continue as Guest”

• Fill out the form and submit payment 

• Upon successful payment, you will receive an email from 'info@iowanonprofitallinace.org' with a link to manage your open position posting.  

• Manage career postings (must be logged in)
