A Summit for Iowa's Nonprofits | October 22, 2024

The Iowa Nonprofit Summit brings together hundreds of nonprofit leaders from across Iowa to expand their knowledge in advocacy, fundraising, and philanthropy practices and serves as a platform for connection and collaboration to enhance the nonprofit sector.

Iowa Hunger Coalition Breakfast Meet-Up


Curious about addressing the root causes of hunger in Iowa? Join the Iowa Hunger Coalition (IHC) for a quick meet-up during the Iowa Nonprofit Summit breakfast. As a 501(c)4 advocacy group, IHC unites individuals and organizations to tackle food insecurity and promote equitable food systems through education, advocacy, and policy change.

Volunteer Management Conference Host Site in Cedar Rapids on October 23


The Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation will serve as a host site for the 2024 Volunteer Management Conference Creating Influence in Your Organizations: Thinking Beyond 'A Seat at the Table' sponsored by Volunteer Management Professionals of Canada, AL!VE (Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement), and Better Impact. The conference will be streamed virtually from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and lunch will be provided. The event is sponsored by the Nonprofit Network of the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation so there is no cost to attend. Find more information and register here.
